Refund and Returns Policy

At Travexia, we want you to love every outfit you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make returns and refunds simple and hassle-free.

📦 1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days if:

• The product is defective or damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The size does not fit properly
• The product significantly differs from the description

✅ 2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Have all original tags intact
• Be returned in original packaging
• Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

❌ 3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear
• Face masks and hygiene-related products
• Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
• Used, washed, or damaged products
• Gift cards

🔄 4. Exchange Policy

We offer easy exchanges for size or color (subject to stock availability).

• If the requested size/product is unavailable → full refund will be issued
• Exchange requests can be initiated via your account or email

🔁 5. How to Initiate a Return

Option 1 (Recommended):

1. Log in to your account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Select the product
4. Click on Return / Exchange
5. Upload product images (if defective/wrong item)

Option 2:

Email us at info@travexiastore.com with:

• Order ID
• Reason for return
• Product images (if applicable)

🚚 6. Reverse Pickup

• We provide doorstep pickup for returns
• Pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days after approval

Charges:

• Defective / wrong item → FREE return

💰 7. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Refund Timelines:

• UPI / Card / Net Banking → 5–7 business days
• Wallet refunds → 3–5 business days
• COD orders → Bank transfer (5–7 days)
• Store credit → within 24 hours (optional fast refund)

You will receive updates via email/SMS.

⚠️ 8. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Report within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos/videos
• Email: info@travexiastore.com

We will prioritize replacement or refund.

❌ 9. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped → return process will apply
• Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are processed within 5–7 days
